Superfood Late
12 oz- Goji Berry tea- Steep 2 Tb of goji in hot water, cool to 140°F.
1-2 Tb. Coconut Oil. Pumpkin seed oil and ghee are also great. Use all 3 for the best flavor and nutrition.
1-3 Tb. Bag of Tricks
2-4 Tb. Grass-fed Whey
1-2 Tb. Coffee Fix
Sweeten with Local Honey, Whole Leaf Stevia, Banana Flakes, or Birch Xylitol to taste.
For additional creaminess use part nut milk as base.
Blend on high for 10-15 seconds
MSM Immunity Elixir
1 cup Spring water
1 cup fresh squeezed Juice-Orange and Pomegranate
1 Tb. MSM Morning Mix (less if you are new to MSM)
¼ cup Goji Berries or 1 TB. Goji Extract Powder
1/2-1 tsp Whole leaf Stevia
1-2 inch piece of fresh aloe vera gel
Optional Additions:
1-2 tsp Immunity Blend
1-2 tsp 3 Treaasures
Blend on high, strain if necessary and enjoy! Great morning drink. Excellent for Inflammation and Immunity
Chocolate Maca Smoothie
12-16 oz fresh nut milk (see brazil nut milk recipe below), or other milk of choice.
¾ cup ice
1 Tb. Maca
1-2 Tb. Raw Cacao powder
2 Tb. Grass fed Whey or Rice and Pea Protein
1-2 Tb. Bag of Tricks Superfood Blend
½ tsp vanilla bean powder
1-2 Tb. Vine-Ripened Red Banana Flakes
Additional whole leaf stevia to taste
Blend on high until smooth
Fresh Bazil Nut Milk
16-20 oz. spring water or other pure water
¼ cup brazil nuts, rinsed well
1/8 tsp stone ground Himalayan crystal salt
½ tsp whole leaf stevia
Blend on high, strain and sweeten to taste or use as base for a smoothie. Provides high amounts of selenium.
You can also use Hemp seeds and avoid needing to strain.
Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream
1 ½-2 cups ice (use filtered or spring water)
2-3 Tb. fresh ground chia or chia gel.
2 Tb. cold-pressed oil such as Pumpkin(great flavor), Hemp, Coconut or Flax
1-2 Tb. Colostrum Powder
3 Tb. Tocotrienols
2 Tb. Mesquite and/or Lucuma Powder (not necessary, but makes for a richer ice cream)
3-4 Tb. Sprouted rice protein or Grass-fed Whey
1-2 Tb. Xylitol, Palm or other sugar
Optional Additions:
1 dropperful Stevia (vanilla or toffee flavor is great)
1 tsp Vanilla Bean powder
1-3 tsp Maca
1 Tb. Bag of Tricks
1 Tb.. Lecithin powder
Probiotic powder
Vitamix High Speed Blender with tamper is necessary for a thick ice cream consistency. If using any other blender add milk or other liquid to blend. This is my personal favorite for a delicious treat or even a meal replacement.
Chocolate Superfood Fudge/Sauce
1 ½ - 2 cups Raw Cacao Powder
¼ cup coconut oil (warm)
4 tablespoons Tocotrienols (for creamier texture)
½ cup soaked dates or raisins
½ cup maple syrup, or honey
1 tsp Whole leaf Stevia
Optional Additions:
1-2 tsp 3 Treasures
2-4 Tb. of Bag of Tricks
1 tsp Vanilla bean powder
Blend in high speed blender using tamper if necessary. Use warm as a hot fudge over fresh fruit or the Vanilla Ice Cream recipe above. Pour over wax paper in a shallow dish and place in refrigerator. Enjoy! Just be mindful of how potent and rich this fudge truly is.
Quick “Meal” to Go
2 cups nut milk, raw dairy milk, or herbal tea
2-4 Tb. Sprouted Rice Protein and/or Grass Fed Whey
2-3 Tb. Chia Seed gel
2-4 Tb. Bag Of Tricks herbal superfood blend
Sweeten to taste with Whole leaf Stevia, Vine-Ripened Banana Flakes, etc.
Optional Additions- Raw Local free range egg(s), Tocotrienols, Coconut oil
Place in shaker bottle or blend.
